Ciphony will not mass recruit at the college level like many of our competitors; Ciphony targets professionals with proven technical track records. We are proud of our employee's credentials; like Ciphony's founders, many of them bring experience from premier companies in the information technology and management consulting sectors.

Ciphony is a closely held company which means we can have a long-term growth sensibility that publicly held companies must sacrifice in order to satisfy quarterly investor reports. We believe that every employee should benefit from our success, instead of just a handful of partners or investors. To achieve this, Ciphony has worked very hard at keeping our overhead costs low. Ciphony requires that our clients either provide or pay for our consultant's office space.

Many of our high demand consultants bring clients with them, reducing unbillable "bench" time and greatly reducing our need for expensive marketing.
